Why Hydration Matters?

How It's Calculated?

Our calculator uses your body weight as a baseline (approx. 35ml per kg) and adds extra water for physical activity (approx. 350-500ml per 30 mins of exercise). We also adjust for hot climates which increase fluid loss through sweat.
